We would like to take this opportunity to let you know how thankful we are for choosing Luke Build as our builder. We received so much more than just a house in this process. You followed our thoughts and understood our ideas perfectly. There was never a day that we didn’t communicate, and you were always a step ahead of us.

Luke is a master of resourcefulness and expertise in his field. Every suggestion along the way led us to a more efficient and better design in the end. The quality of the workmanship throughout our house is exceptional. We would be honoured to recommend Luke Build & his team to our friends and family, or anyone who is looking to build or renovate. Our expectations have been exceeded, thank you for all your help and hard work in creating our dream home.

LukeBuild undertook significant renovations to our house in Exmouth as well as installed a pool and surrounding timber decking.

For the most part we were absent from Exmouth and left key decisions including finishes to Luke during this time. The process of dealing of dealing with Luke was very straightforward, transparent and professional. The finished product has completely transformed the feel and usability of what has now become our home. We would be confident in recommending LukeBuild to anyone looking for work that is thorough and of a very high standard.

Luke, we are absolutely thrilled with the fence. It’s a work of art and really sets the house off in a nice earthy way!

Thank you and your team and especially the creative input from you.

If the fact that we, Froth Craft Brewery, won A.H.A W.A Best Outdoor Area 2019 Award for our recent beer garden and sky lounge renovation/expansion is anything to go by, then it’s undeniable that Luke Ferwerda Build + Design deliver the goods.

Timely, innovative, professional and incredibly apt at customising details to deliver optimal results; we were rapt to work with Luke on a number of projects and look forward to doing so again in the future. With invaluable guidance provided from the concept phase right through to design, costing, building and celebratory ribbon cutting, this is an experienced and adaptive company with integrity. Luke Ferwerda has set an extremely high standard in W.A for building excellence. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.
